Returns & Refunds POlicy
Sometimes, accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and make sure you include your order number, as well as at least one photo showing an image of the damage.
All of our products are perishable and need to be refrigerated. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Our jars are carefully wrapped and should remain cold after delivery. Please note that condensation may occur during transit, and as our products are live, they may become bubbly or even leak a little. Don’t worry if this happens: it’s perfectly normal and the products completely are safe to eat. Please wipe down the jars before storing in the fridge.
