As Kimchi is a live, unpasteurised product, it’s normal for it to fizz and run over the top of the jar at times.
Please note that our authentic kimchi recipe contains fish sauce, but we also make a Vegan Kimchi too.
Delivery: Free when you buy any four jars, otherwise, we charge a £6.79 fee to cover the delivery cost.

Kimchi is traditionally made with fermented seafood, which is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. As Jamie Ferments Kimchi uses an authentic recipe, we’ve used fish sauce to give it its umami flavour. We do also have a Vegan Kimchi which uses sesame instead of fish sauce.

It’s very important to store live kimchi in the fridge. This is the same for all our products.

A jar of live kimchi will last four weeks once opened. Just make sure to keep it in the fridge.
